NEWLY RENOVATED BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH FENCED IN BACKYARD AND PATIO/DECK -FULLY FURNISHED. WATER, SEWER, TRASH INCLUDED IN RENT. MUST PAY FOR ELECTRIC ONLY. We are looking for a young woman who would like to move in with us. We are two, 21 year-old, senior SIUE students. We both have jobs local to Edwardsville. Our third roommate dropped out of our lease and is moving to St. Louis. So, we are looking for someone to fill her room. I submitted photos of screenshots from a video. I’m sorry they are a little blurry, but the room will be fully furnished with a bed. All you have to provide is your own queen size mattress!! We have all appliances and brand new washer/dryer. The home has spacious closets. A renovated bathroom will be shared with me. I am an extremely clean person and you will never have to worry about having a mess in the home. Furniture is all high-quality (pottery barn, etc..). The basement offers plenty of storage if you do have items that you want to bring with you. We are women that value inclusion and empathy.
