AUGUST 1st or MID JULY MOVE IN

Hey everyone! My husband and I are on the hunt for a room to rent or a roommate (whatever would work best) 2-3 bedroom 1.5-2 bath apartment. We’re a creative, easygoing couple who always make sure to take care of our space. LGBTQ+ friendly environment is a must. Anthony (that’s me):
26 years old and an Art Director working out of Midtown East in the office 3 days a week and working from home the other 2. My commute right now from northern NJ is rough, so I would love to shorten it. Having good subway access is ideal. I grew up in New Jersey, but I spent 4 years living in Brooklyn. I do come with a very important roommate already… my cat Oatmeal, who was found on the streets of Bushwick eating a wet breadstick (she’s an angel and loves attention). For my hobbies and interests, I love art, music (emo kid at heart), baking, having a little drinky some nights, and also just hanging out with close friends. I am a huuuuge coffee person and have a list of every coffee shop I’ve been to in NYC (80 of them as of now). Gui:
27 years old, originally from Brazil, and moved to New Jersey for school. I’m a recent Industrial Product Design graduate and am currently seeking post-grad employment. I really love cooking, and would love nothing more than to treat the household to fun, delicious dinners now and then. I am a huge design nerd and love architecture. Together we’re super clean, quiet, respectful, chill.
