Looking for a female only room.

I'm 34 years old, I have a job, and I'm taking a cup of classes. I'm really just looking for a place that I'll only be sleeping at Sunday Monday and Tuesday nights but obviously I would have my stuff there Thursday Friday and Saturday a babysit my niece and nephew for my sister and I just at her house because of the long hours she works on those days. I have a very small registered service dog. Who when I'm not home who all should not be there.
