Looking for a place in Homer

Hello all! My name is Cory and I am a teacher that recently accepted a job near Homer and need a place to stay. It is just me. No pets. I'm responsible. Don't do drugs, very respectful no animals or pets but don't mind if you do because I love them!...I am open to different living arrangements whether it is renting a room or subletting, roommate situation, apartment rental, housing...My needs are pretty minimal lol. I am needing to move in by the beginning of August and would like to sign a 1 year lease. Thanks again!
