Rent includes all utilities BUT power. Power bill will be shared. I’m a women’s coach focused on fitness, health, and personal growth, so the home has a wellness-oriented lifestyle and positive atmosphere. Someone with aligned lifestyle is ideal. I also have one small dog and two very laid-back cats, being an animal lover and responsible around pets is must. 🐾 another pet will be considered if its the right fit. Must be:
