Hello! My name is Natalie and I'm looking for one girl to take over my roommate's spot on our lease for the 2026–27 year. She's finishing her master's and moving out in August. The apartment is right by Tenney Park, about a half mile east of James Madison. It's a 2 bed, 1 bath, and we recently got a new in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher installed. I'll be going into my second year teaching kindergarten this fall, so I'm usually out of the apartment during the workday. I’m from St. Paul, so I travel there often as well when I get a long weekend. Looking for a friendly and respectful roommate to share the space and hangout with! Rent is 900/month.
