Looking for roommate/room

Hi, I'm René. I am looking for roommates and or a room. It doesn't matter to me what gender my roommates are, but they must be LGBTQ+ friendly. I prefer cleanliness, but I'm not stringent about it. I also would prefer to have a friendly and honest relationship with roommates if possible. A little communication goes a long way. I am sober. I am fine with others drinking or smoking nicotine/vaping nicotine, but I am not fine with people using or possessing any other illicit drugs in the apartment, including marijuana. For that reason, if you are also sober, that's a big plus for me.
