Though we enjoy going out, we also value a chill and relaxed attitude at home. Looking for someone to rent the 3rd bedroom of the apartment. The lease starts August 1st, 2026. This bright and airy (recently painted) apartment is located in a high-rise with incredible views of both the Hudson river and eastside, respectively. It features a large common space and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen has stainless appliances with a full-sized fridge, gas stove, dishwasher. The room you'll be taking over is nice and big, with useful space for layouts, as well as a full-sized closet and space for a wall-mounted AC unit.
