Safe neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Close to freeways, schools, stores, restaurants and more. The right individual will be punctual with payment, responsible and respectful. Shared bathroom with another female. Privilege to use the kitchen and appliances. Rent includes utilities and internet. $500 deposit and rent for first month($800) required to move in.
