Looking for Roomie/Room!

Hello! I'm moving from Chico, CA to Monterey soon to seek out job opportunities along the Central Coast, and I'd like to start out with some wiggle room. I am currently applying for jobs in Salinas, but I would prefer to live in Monterey. I am ok with Salinas as well as close surrounding cities. I am an aspiring social studies teacher who just graduated from Chico State, so once I have a job, I will have early mornings during the week. I have one dog named Mina, who is very social and friendly. She would just stay in my room while I am working. I would love to live with someone who is outgoing on the weekends, LGBTQ+ friendly, and is shares community spaces with consideration. I have a decent amount of furniture, but we could discuss more about decor and what not once we decide we're a good fit!
