a 37 year old guy returning to school in the fall online. I also WFH online, so a bit of a homebody. Looking for someone to pay half the rent and utilities. The house isn't much, but its a house and not an apartment at least, and its cheap rent. You'd have your own room and full run of the rest of the house other than my bedroom ofc. TV, couch, functioning kitchen, washer/dryer, well water (you'll want a filter if you drink it, I dont), wifi, 2br 1ba rent house in a rural area near the highway. I use medical MJ and have 2 cats.
