Roommate Consideration

Looking for a roommate for a 10 month lease. Start date can be July 1, 2026. I am quiet, clean/organized, friendly, and spend most of my time at work. I would be most interested in a professional roommate that possesses similar qualities. I have one large room available that has access to private full bath, mini walk- in closet, secondary storage closet, and large storage space room over the garage. Roommate is able to access and use the living room, entertainment room, kitchen, laundry, and dining area. All bills included with the exception of Electricity and water. Roommate is requested to pay 35% of electricity bill ($25-$100) and 40% of water bill ($10-$50). Additional details are included in the leasing contract. House is located in the Port Warwick Community in Newport News. The location provides access to shops, restaurants, weekly summer entertainment, and is centrally located to many places on the peninsula.
