Hi, looking for a private bedroom & bathroom for rent starting July 1 for myself, Tito, and Penny (Tito is the tuxedo cat, Penny is his best friend and a Chihuahua mix). Max rent: $1500 plus utilities
Room can be furnished or unfurnished. I work full time and am transferring to our tiny DTLA office from SFV. I’m quiet and keep to myself, respectful of others, and keep my space and shared spaces clean. I’m in my late 40’s and well past parties. If we sound like what you’re looking for, please message me.
