Need Room @ Aug 1, month-to-month

Hi, I'll be returning back home to Phoenix (from TX) early Aug. I need a room for just myself WITH OR WITHOUT A ROOMMATE. I don't have pets or children. *** I want to rent month to month with all included. I don't have any history of criminal, or drug/alcohol and don't want to live with anyone that has. Partially retired. I live quietly, clean, tidy, and have a strong moral compass. I've Excellent rental history.
