Looking for a roomate + apartment!

Hello! I am looking for a place near Park Avenue and would like a female roomate in their 20’s. I am starting an artist residency September 1st so I’m looking to move in mid-August. I will also be busy working as a part time cashier so I won’t be home much. I love art, music, and being outside. I have a cat named Grape who would love another cat to rough house with or a playful person lol. I’m not a clean freak but I’m relatively tidy. My rent price range is $550 to $700 a month each.
