Hi everyone! I’m looking for a room to rent from 1 September 2026 to 30 April 2027. My name is Anold, I’m 29 years old, and I’m a graduate student at Hult International Business School in Cambridge. I’m looking for a flexible lease with a maximum budget of $1,200/month, including utilities. Preferred locations include:

• Somerville
• Medford
