1000 for room or studio downstairs

I am a 40 year old female in a wheelchair. I am trying to find a place for myself and my daughter who starts Cal Poly next year. If I can't accommodate her out will be just me and my well behaved Chihuahua Mochi. I have a guaranteed 950.00 a month from Good Samaritan for the next 2 years. I can do 1000.00 Max with utilities. I am very clean, I don't party, smoke, drink or do drugs and I'm devoted to Jesus. I am very capable for someone in a wheelchair but I can't do stairs and tight spaces.
