Private Bedroom for Rent!

My name is Fiona! My roommate and I, both students and working professionals, are looking for a roommate as early as July 1st! June rent is paid and movein is as early as you like if you are a perfect fit. We are reasonably quiet, clean, love cats, art, and movies. You will have your own private bedroom, and a shared bathroom with me. We have a furnished living room and large kitchen, patio, and four parking spaces with two being in the garage. We have a beautiful clean community pool and two parks/walking trails right outside of our door. There is a 65 in 4k TV with all streaming services and great speakers, a brand new sectional and recliner, and a fireplace for winter. The house stays nice and cool all year round. We have one cat.
