Room for rent asap

Aloha, I’m looking for someone to rent my room out. You have access to the house, to the kitchen, living room, backyard, and front yard. Please respect our space and we will respect yours. I mostly prefer a woman to move in, but anyone else is okay, as the preference can be adjustable. I have two daughters, one 20 years old and 16 years old. They are both preferably introverted, but (20) gets along with everyone, whilst (16) prefers to be with herself. My boyfriend lives in the house with us, and is a bit strict. My daughter’s boyfriend lives with us as well, but is mainly in (20)’s room. No drugs or on property, no alcohol, and no cats, since my boyfriend is allergic. No pets, please. I have three small dogs, and having more pets in the house is overwhelming. I don’t want people who steals! I need someone that is reliable and stable, and who can keep a job consistently. I’d heavily prefer a person who pays on time. Please be clean, and pick up after yourself! Our number one rule in this house is that we don’t fight for food. My house does come with AC, and if you have a car, you can park it on the property or I have side parking that is completely optional you can choose from. When it comes to cleaning cars, do not wash it on property, please! It’s a huge increase on bills and we don’t want any burdens. The room is decent size, and is perfect for only one person. You can decorate the room how you want, but make sure it doesn’t mean repainting the walls! Posters are allowed as my two daughters have some in their own room. You can fully express yourself in that room, considering it’s yours. The room is not furnished, and comes with a bed and a closet for your clothes. The area we live in is relatively safe, and there’s a few gas stations around, as well as a park. Deposit: $500.00
