Looking for room to rent

Hello I'm in the process of selling my house and looking for a new one to buy. I need a month to month or three month lease because I don't know how long it will take to find a new home. It could be anywhere between three months and 1 year. I'm respectful and quiet. I work day shifts and the weekends. I don't smoke and I have a cat that's very well taken care of. My hobbies are biking, hiking and kayaking.
