I am new to Tenn within months, and my current rental has new tenant arriving on the 16th (nurses ) I am a professional male who enjoys people and staying active. Hiking is a passion. Volunteering and of course working. I do have a small companion. Stuart feline --named after Stuart on Family Guy. Indoor only and typically stays to my room unless invited! Budget up to $1100. Open to LGBT friendly and just about any dynamic. I have owned in the past 4 homes, rented various apartments over the years and shared spaces. (I always thought the Golden Girls had it right! I can grill mean wings and make a decent biscuit. All willing to share--I do not care if male\female etc. We are just people. Please no scammers....I have had some of that.
