Looking for a new roommate

Looking for a female roommate. My current roommate is moving out in late July. I live in Herndon in a 2b2b apartment
I’m 26 work as an EMT. When I’m not busy with work, I like going to the gym and hanging out with friends. Rent is around 1400 a month each. Utilities are separate. Parking is available No smoking apartment complex. Apartment is garden style so no elevators. Pets are welcome. Currently no pets in the apartment if you don’t count fish. Looking for someone I can get a long with and sit down on the couch and stream what ever the popular show of the month is. Living room area is already furnished for the most part.
