29 y/o w/ Service Dog. Work at JBLM

I’m 29 and work full time as a tactical athletic trainer at JBLM. I’m looking for a room to rent starting August 1. My budget is up to $1,200 a month. I prefer a clean, quiet, respectful home with stable people and clear house expectations.
I keep an early schedule because of work, so I’m up early and usually keep weeknights low key. I don’t party, I’m not loud, and I respect shared spaces. I pay rent on time, communicate directly, and do my part to keep common areas clean.
I have a trained female service dog named Willow. She is well behaved, house trained, and under control at all times. She stays with me, does not roam into others’ rooms, and I clean up after her right away. I’m responsible for her and for any issues that involve her, and I care a lot about keeping the home comfortable for everyone.
I’m looking in Tacoma, Lakewood, DuPont, Lacey, or nearby areas with a reasonable commute to JBLM. A private room, kitchen access, laundry, and parking would be ideal. I’m open to short term or longer term if the fit is right.
