Private entry through courtyard on quiet cul-de sac, minutes walk to shops, bus stops to city, and the bay run. This is a quiet space with outdoor courtyard use and free utilities including internet. Nothing to think about but the weekly rent. Professional in the building industry, and 2 very well behaved kids[REDACTED]f the time. We're usually out of the house 9-5 weekdays unless I'm working from my upstairs home office. Weekends we're often out doing sports or homework. Need a tenant who is ok with quiet schoolnights. The goal is to keep the accommodations quite separate for privacy, and my house is locked with different keys to your room with separate entry. I'm looking to rent out the master bedroom with ensuite for private use, along with shared kitchen, laundry and courtyard. You'll have a key that work for the back door and bedroom door.
