Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are looking for a female roommate to rent out a room in our 2 bed / 2 bath two-story townhome in the Saber Springs area starting August 1st. This would be a 1-year lease. You would have your own private bathroom, and all common areas are fully furnished. The home also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, plus plenty of street parking available. A little about us: we’re both in our early 20s and work full time. I work in-office during the week as a clinical manager, and he works for the county with a hybrid schedule (3 days from home, 2 days in office). We’re pretty laid back and usually enjoy relaxing at home on weekends. Rent is $1,066/month + utilities (WiFi & electricity), which average around $75/month. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
