LF room, preferably with roommate!

Looking for a room (preferably with a roommate) in the Houston TX area! I’m moving from NH sometime middle of next month, if not sooner. I currently work with dogs professionally, so I don’t mind pets — although I will not be bringing along any of my own. I don’t mind smokers, I occasionally smoke myself although if it is a hard-no, I don’t mind at all dropping it. I don’t party and I don’t plan to have many visitors. I plan to work while taking college classes online. I’m very open minded and I don’t mind different kinds of lifestyles. If roommates are an option, I prefer to have them be in a close age to mine (19).
