Roommate with kids

I am looking for a responsible roommate to share my 4-bedroom home with den. The house is currently occupied by myself and my two children (ages 11 and 16).
Depending on compatibility and how the arrangement progresses, I am happy to relinquish the master suite so the roommate can have a private bathroom and walk-in closet.
