Private room for rent 124 NW 7th St, Corvallis, OR 97330-6336, United States I have 2 rooms available in a 3 bed 2 bath secure apartment. It is 1,655 sq ft and has 3 balconies. Rent will be about $1000 per person. Utilities included are water, sewer, and garbage. What we would pay is Electricity and wifi which is about $100. It is a 12min walk from OSU or a 5min bike ride.
