We just had a room come available in this beautiful off-campus house that’s walkable to campus. The house is over 2,000 sq. ft. with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus driveway and street parking available. Rent is $650 per month. The room is potentially available immediately or with an August 1 move-in date. Currently living in the house are: Two girls who will be seniors next year

One recent grad We’re a fun group, with two of us on the Drake golf team and all of us business majors. We keep the house clean, take school seriously and are good students, but we also enjoy the weekends and having a good time. Looking for someone who would be a good fit with the house and overall dynamic.
