23 looking for a room to rent. a commercial roofer so usually gone out of town for work during the week. If ever in town, gone for most of the day. am clean and keep things organized. I don’t own a lot of things either, just clothes and a bed with a dresser. I do meal prep so when I am around, I spend most of my time in the kitchen. I like to be useful to those around me and will try to help out or do any favors if necessary.
