I’m looking for a roommate for a remodeled 2 bed and 1 bath apartment in a small, quiet complex in Fort Collins (near Drake & Shields). Lease is for 1-year starting August 1st. Apartment details: - 850 sq ft, recently remodeled
- A/C units (mini-split system!)
- Shared laundry (only 3 other units)
- Pool on- (if they get it running)
- Close to Rolland Moore Park
- Rent is split between us, plus electricity and internet. Prefer no smoking. Prefer no pets. About me: I’m a young professional and work from home a few days a week. I’m pretty active between gym, running, sports, and getting outside when I can. I also spend time on creative projects around music and video.
I’m introverted generally, but socially active and love getting out into the community as much as I can. If you’re interested, let's set up a time to call and/or meet so you can check out the place and make sure it's a good fit! Lee I moved in last Summer and my current roommate is awesome, but he’s moving at the end of the lease. I’m a young professional and work from home ~3 days a week. Outside of work, I love creating music, videos, and am always working on various creative projects. I’m also out at least a few hours a day at the gym, running, playing sports or enjoying some outdoor activities. Definitely on the introverted side, but I’m socially active and always looking for opportunities to meet new people.
