Looking for a room or roommatee

Hi, I am Gracie. I am 25 years old. I am looking for a room/roommate. My budget is only $500 as I am in school. I am in KCC’s nursing program. I have a “wobbly” cat who is friendly and does not cause any damage. She cannot jump on things and cannot even really run. She doesn’t care for dogs, but has done well with ones that leave her be.
