Looking for a room in a quiet house

Hello, I'm looking to rent a good room in a relatively quiet house. I work graveyard and therefore keep strange hours and as such you probably won't see me much. I have an individual, well behaved cat that is an indoor cat. I am polite and respectful of other people's belongings and space. I am a 'home body' but am ok with keeping to myself and relaxing in my room, occasionally coming out to let the cat explore the common house areas a few hours a day.
