$800 + split utilities, looking for a single roomie! About the house: A nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood! You will get your own private room, bathroom, fridge and shared garage storage space. Other amenities include being near a nice park, close proximity to getting on the highway and uptown shopping centers, large backyard with chickens (free eggs!), washer/dryer, a nice sunroom and large kitchen. About me: I am a 30 year old woman looking for a cool roommate to share this house with! I love drawing, cooking, gardening, hiking, baking, and animals. I value a peaceful, quiet environment and am looking for someone who values the same! I am open to you having a well-behaved dog, cat or other pet(s) so long as they get along with my 10 year old cocker spaniel named Bonnie who is also quiet and well behaved- small/medium dogs preferred because of my pet chickens in the backyard.
