I am looking for a private room starting July 1st. I prefer a year-long lease, but can also do shorter leases. I am specifically looking for all-female apartment options. I am actively pursuing an MS in Molecular Biology and would be interning in the Cambridge area for a year. I love to keep things neat and prefer a calm, low-key lifestyle; friendly but generally quiet and respectful of others' space. I have a budget of about $900-$1000/month + utilities.
