ISO Summer Rental SP/CW

Hi! I’m looking to spend summer (flexible, early June to end of Aug) in the St Pete/ Clearwater area, or slightly into Tampa. Female tenants only, ideally aged ~22-39. Preferably month to month, but possibly 3 month. I’m really hoping for a place with a pool (condo/apt complex) Could possibly sacrifice the pool if we’re very close to a beach lol. Preferably furnished but open to not furnished as well! About me: I’m 31 years old and in college in MA for engineering. I have friends and family in the Tampa area so I visit a lot. I love to take advantage of the beach when I’m in the area. I like to go out to socialize and visit my friends but quiet at home. LGBTQ friendly.
