Hello everyone, my name is Jaylen and I am currently looking for a roommate in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. I am a 24 year old black queer working professional who will be starting a grad program in the fall. I am a pretty outgoing person that loves spending time with friends, going to the beach, playing basketball, thrifting, making playlists, and getting sweet treats. I am looking for a clean and responsible roommate who is preferably a working professional and/or going to school. You would be taking over the primary bedroom with your own private bathroom and walk in closet. The rent would be $1,400 + utilities (~$80 each). 1 year lease starting June 1st. The apartment is fully furnished, besides your very spacious room. However, I am fully open to reimagining the apartments setup with you! This 2B 2B apartment also comes with: - a dishwasher
