Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at 1451 for $845 a month (including utilities!). The unit will have two cats, but my roommate who owns them keeps everything super clean and they are the sweetest babies. One roommate is staying with our lease and she’s super fun, the other two rooms will be filled using a roommate selection service that worked really well for me.
