2 month room for rent??!!?

A friend and myself are looking to rent a room near Pomona California. We are in a very vigorous program that requires 10 to 12 hour days. We would be leaving early in the morning and coming back in the evening. Our time spent at the home would be for studying, meal prep, sleeping, and the occasional workout. We are too very clean, very friendly, working professionals. Would only need to rent the space for June and July.
