Looking for a short term roommate to stay from July to August. Our third roommate is moving out in July and the other roommate and I are staying until August. You will have to get in contact with the apartment manager and submit an application and sign the extended leave. They will ask for first months rent and a security deposit. Not furnished Rent is 720 plus utilities
