LOOKING FOR A GROUP OF 4 OR GROUP OF 2 (OR 2 SINGLES) TO TAKE OVER LEASE!!! I need a lease takeover for either 2 or 4 bedrooms! It is a 4bed/2bath house close to campus. TONS of parking and a spacious backyard. If you're a group of 2 (or two single), the house is furnished except bedrooms. If you're a group of 4, the house is not furnished. 700 per person + utilities. Landlord can approve pets. Lease would be for August 2026-July 2027.
