Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for a female roommate to share a spacious apartment in the southeast area of Grand Rapids, about 8 minutes from downtown.
A little about me: I’m 21, currently working and studying. I enjoy going out and being social, but I also value quiet time at home—so I’m looking for someone with a similar balance. I’m responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.
Apartment details:
* Rent: $650/month + utilities (electricity & gas)
* Water and trash included (covered by landlord)
* Shared bathroom, living room, and dining area
* Off-street parking available
* No pets allowed
* Non-smoker preferred
* Move-in date: flexible (available anytime)
