Looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment. You’ll have your own private bedroom and an attached bathroom for full privacy. Rent is $800/month and includes all utilities—Wi-Fi, electricity, etc. No additional costs. The apartment is located near Eastern & St. Rose, close to a large shopping center and about 8–10 minutes from the highway, so it’s super convenient for commuting and errands. A little about me: I work in hospitality and am typically out of the apartment during the day, about 5 days a week. I’m pretty quiet, don’t party, and keep things low-key. I don’t usually have people over aside from my boyfriend occasionally. I do have a dog—he’s friendly, playful, and loves attention, so being comfortable with dogs is a must. Looking for someone respectful, clean, and easygoing who’s a good fit for a calm living environment.
