Tenants responsible for internet and electric. Rooms are on separate areas of the home to provide more privacy.About myself, I am a full time working professional. I currently work from home most days and travel a few days out of the month. I’m very active and enjoy cooking for myself and spending time with friends. I make sure the common space is always tidy and well kept. I have two of the most loving and friendly dogs. They are 5 years old, well behaved. I’m super laid back, not a partier but enjoy going out to eat and going out to the bars on occasion. I live a super active lifestyle and stay busy with friends, the gym or family. The house is mainly furnished but happy to mix items you might have and want to bring. Currently the landlord is not allowing any other pets.
