Hi my name is Jocelyn and I would love to share my cozy and peaceful home with you. In this home lives, one more person, myself and Percy (Maltise dog). We're both professionals, who work morning shifts from Monday to Friday. We're friendly, respectfully, considerate, clean and easy going. On the weekends we relax, clean or enjoy the outdoors. Percy is a small, sweet, well behaved and house trained dog without access to the downstairs area (your space) and the kitchen. The location of this house is in a very nice and calm area in Aurora. This space includes a private area with one bedroom, one bathroom and your living room. The kitchen, dinning room and in- laundry would be the only shared spaces. Everything is furnished, clean and in great shape. The monthly rent includes utilities. Our home is super cute and cozy (we love it), a very nice place to rest and feel at home.
