This is a fully furnished suite-sized bedroom in Freedom/Watsonville area,
The room is available now, ready to move into the house with a private entrance.
Long term rental; short term negotiable with a 2 month minimum.
The monthly rent is $1030 and monthly utilities are $150.
$300 weekly payments can be negotiated, as well.
There is a security deposit of $600, and a cleaning fee is $150.
Shared 1.5 bathrooms
Laundry and light kitchen privileges.
The room includes queen bed, bureau, couch, recliner, armoire, large table for TV or dining.
There is no extra storage available, except for the back yard for a bicycle. This is a month to month rental, no lease.
This includes Wi-Fi and street parking.
There is a bus stop directly across the street.
No pets. There are already 2 cats and 1 kitten. The shared areas are with 2 other house mates. We are easy going. Communication is the key.
We work late. You have chores except to take care of your own area and things.
The house was built in the 50s, it is solidly built, with oak wood and tile floors, thick doors and walls. I am the homeowner, and I am also a musician, so I do need to practice.
Musicians welcome! We are omnivores.
