Looking for roommate!

Me (22m) and my fiance (22f)are looking for a new roommate that can move in as soon as this week!:) The room for rent is in North Phoenix near 20th St and Bell, $675 a month in a lively 2 bed 1 bath apartment. We're both very friendly, and hard working. We'd love to be friends and we're hoping to find some one around our age:) we both work full time while he goes to school during the week. We have 1 cat and we're open to other pets as well, couples are okay too!: ) we're also 420 and LGBTQ friendly. There is onsite parking and we have a washer and dryer in unit as well as 2 pools, grills, pet stations, and a 24 hour gym on! We will be adding you to the lease if everything works out, so you'll have to be able to pass a background check and have proof of income for a full month! Hopefully thats not a problem and we hope to hear from you soon!
