Looking for someone to sublease!!! Hi! I’m currently a student at Radford University but will be transferring to Virginia Tech, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Copper Beech Apartments for next year. You would be living with my current roommate, Laura and she’s been amazing and super easy to live with, we became friends instantly. She is truly so easy to get along with! She’s looking for a female student who is comfortable with occasional smoking and having guests over. The unit is the Chateau floor plan at Copper Beech, which is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment.
