Need short term room

Hi I have a room available for rent. The room is listed for $ and that includes utilities and wifi. There is a tv in the common area as well and there is enough space for parking in the driveway or garage. There are two male roommates. They are both very clean and quiet and one of them has a dog. I am preferably looking for someone looking for long term year. The current Roomate’s have both been there for longer than a year now and have no plans of moving. You would be sharing a common area bath with 1 roomate as the other one has his own bathroom. There is a $ refundable deposit.
