Professional Couple Seeking Recurring Weekend-Only Room (Flexible through August) My boyfriend and I are looking for a consistent room to rent in Wilmington for 4–8 weekends between now and the end of August. We are Raleigh residents exploring a potential move to the area and want a reliable home base to scout neighborhoods and enjoy the coast throughout the summer.
The Rate:
We are looking for a flat rate of $125 per weekend (Friday evening – Sunday afternoon).
Our Schedule:
• Weekends Only: We are only there for the weekend; we return to Raleigh for the work week.
• Flexible Timing: We do not need the weekends to be consecutive and are happy to work around your existing travel plans or guests.
• Low Impact: We spend our days out in the community and at the beach. We essentially just need a clean, quiet place to recharge.
About Us:
• Professional couple in our late 30s.
• We manage our own rental property in Raleigh, so we have a deep respect for house rules and property maintenance. You can count on us to leave the space exactly as we found it.
• Non-smokers, no pets, and very low-maintenance.
What We Need:
• A furnished private bedroom with a comfortable bed.
• Access to a bathroom.
• Parking for one car.
